Julie Bluhm

Julie Bluhm currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Hamm Memorial Psychiatric Clinic, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Julie was the Chief Executive Officer at Guild Services from July 2017 to January 2024, focusing on an integrated approach to support individuals with mental illness, housing, and employment barriers. Julie's experience includes serving as Hennepin Health Director for Clinical Innovation at Hennepin County (September 2013 - August 2017), where leadership centered on improving care and reducing costs for Medicaid expansion populations. Additionally, Julie was the Program Director at Volunteers of America of Minnesota (August 2008 - September 2013), overseeing the Avanti Center for Girls, and previously worked as a Mental Health Therapist at both Volunteers of America and FamilyWise. Julie's early career included serving as a Patient Advocate at University of Minnesota Physicians. Education includes a Policy Fellowship at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs (2020-2022) and a Master of Social Work from the University of Minnesota (2003-2005).
