Natalie Hardie possesses extensive experience in the fields of diversity, equity, mental health, and education. Currently serving as the Chair of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Board of Trustees Member, and Board Designated Safeguarding Lead at Halcyon London International School since October 2021, Natalie also holds the position of Race Equity & Mental Health Trainer and Mental Health First Aid Instructor with MHFA England since September 2019.
