Joshua Gardiner

Joshua Gardiner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management and operations. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Central Security Communications, Inc. since May 2023, Joshua also holds the position of HOA Portfolio Manager at Hammersmith® since May 2022. Previous roles include Site Manager at Storage Star/Follett USA and Home Owner Association Portfolio Manager at All Property Services, where responsibilities involved managing master and sub associations as well as mixed communities. Joshua's career began at Central Security Communications, Inc. in 1998, where a significant tenure as Operations Manager lasted until 2019, complemented by a role as Telecommunications Provisioner at American Telesis.
