Brad Tabone

Brad Tabone has had a varied career in the past decade. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at the National Australia Bank as a Program Lead (SD/PM) - Operations Excellence Transformation, MI Solution Manager, Senior Performance Analyst, and Business Analyst. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Director of First Time Solutions Pty Ltd. In 2013, they became a Board Member and Co-Founder of HammerTech, and in 2014 they became the EVP - North America Revenue Ops. Brad then became the Chief Operating Officer of HammerTech in 2015, where they were responsible for creating a safe, zero waste industry that connects every aspect of jobsite safety, quality, and operations. In 2016, they were the Director of expressIV Online, a hiring manager/recruiter platform that allows for the review of applicants resumes with a prerecorded first interview completed at the time of the application.
