Andrew Laurinec is the Owner and President of On Target, LLC, a position held since December 2013. With a concurrent role as Sergeant Range Master and firearms instructor at Hammond Police Department since 2005, Laurinec has extensive experience in law enforcement. Education includes a certification as an Indiana Law Enforcement Officer from Northwest Indiana Law Enforcement Academy in 2005 and a degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University-Northwest, completed in 2004.
