Callum Doerner (They/Them)

Callum (Cal) Doerner is the current Theatre Program Manager at Hampshire College. They also work as a freelance Lighting Designer and as the Master Electrician for the Majestic Theater in West Springfield. They have designed lights for Ballet Hartford, Worcester BrickBox Theater, Silverthorne Theater Company, Theater Between Addresses, and Six Flags New England.

They got their start in technical theatre in high school before concentrating in theatre and game development during their time as a student at Hampshire, graduating with a Div III titled "Interactive Immersive Storytelling: Applying Theatre Design and Game Design". The returned to Hampshire in 2021 as the part-time Technical Director before becoming the full time Theatre Program Manager in 2022.
