Heather Peterson

Heather Peterson has extensive experience in the field of organizational development and human resources. Heather started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Canon Business Solutions in 1998 and later became a Strategic Planning Analyst. In 2002, they transitioned to Hampton City Schools, where they held the role of Coordinator of Organizational Development until 2019, when they were promoted to the Director of Climate and Culture.

Heather Peterson obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from George Mason University in 1994. Heather later pursued their Master of Arts degree in Human Development and Education at The George Washington University from 1998 to 2000.
