Todd Hoppe

Todd Hoppe has extensive experience in human resources, holding various director-level positions in different companies. Todd began their career as a Human Resources Manager in 1991 at American Tool Companies, Inc. / Irwin Tools, Inc., where they managed HR programs for multiple locations, including international offices. Todd then worked as a Team Leader at Applied Underwriters, leading a team of administrative personnel. In 2005, they became a Human Resources Supervisor at Ply Gem Fence & Rail, Inc. / Kroy Building Products, Inc., overseeing HR programs for the York facility. Todd later served as the Director of Human Resources at Wolfe Electric Company, Inc. and The Cornhusker, A Marriott Hotel, managing HR programs for various departments. Prior to their current position, they were the Director of Human Resources at the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, responsible for HR programs for a Tribal government organization. Todd is currently the Director of Human Resources at Hampton Enterprises Inc., overseeing HR programs for employees engaged in real estate, design and construction, property management, and administrative functions.

Todd Hoppe attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources. Todd also holds three certifications from SHRM, namely SHRM-SCP, obtained in 2017.
