Natale Ward Christian

Natale Ward Christian, LPC, has extensive experience in the mental health field, having served in various leadership roles at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board since March 1997, including Executive Director, Deputy Executive Director, and Drug Court Administrator. Prior to this, Natale held positions such as Regional Supervisor at SAIC/ASACS Europe and MICA Program Director at Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital. Early career experience includes roles as Outpatient Coordinator at Discovery Inc. and Substance Abuse Counselor at Straight and Narrow, Inc. Natale's educational background includes a Master's degree in Psychology from The New School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Howard University, complemented by additional studies at the University of Virginia.
