Karen Terry

Karen Terry is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in management and program development within oncology and primary care settings. Currently serving as the Physician Practice Manager at Hampton Regional Medical Center in affiliation with MUSC, Karen oversees the operations of a primary and specialty care practice, which includes managing a team of 28 and facilitating over 16,000 patient visits annually. Previous roles include Oncology Director at Memorial Health and Director of Program Development at the Curtis and Elizabeth Anderson Cancer Institute, where Karen developed impactful quality programs aligned with cancer care standards. Karen also has significant experience in quality management, disparities management, data integrity, and youth development, supported by a Master of Public Health degree from Armstrong State University.
