Michele Williams Grant

Michele Williams Grant is an experienced community services professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of Community Services at Hampton Roads Community Action Program, Inc. since 2018, Michele also holds the position of Director for the Community Services and Development Division at the Office of Human Affairs, a role maintained since 2008. In these capacities, Michele oversees and manages multiple programs that deliver vital services to the community, including emergency assistance, affordable housing, and job training. Previously, Michele was the Director of the Peninsula Community Development Corporation and worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Chesapeake Health from 1988 to 2000.
