Eddie A.

Eddie A. has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Eddie started their career as an Engineer at the City of Charleston, WV in June 2002 and worked there until October 2006. Following that, Eddie joined Kimley-Horn as a Project Manager in October 2006 and stayed with the company until November 2008. After leaving Kimley-Horn, they joined HRSD as a Project Manager in November 2008 and held that position until January 2020. Eddie then worked as the Chief of Design & Construction - North Shore at HRSD from January 2020 to July 2022. Currently, Eddie serves as the Director of Operations at HRSD starting from July 2022. This progression demonstrates their ability to take on increasingly important roles and responsibilities throughout their career.

Eddie A. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Eddie also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering Management from Marshall University. Eddie A. has attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School for Executive Development. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the NCEES in June 2007. Additionally, Eddie A. has completed the ENVISION Sustainability Professional certification from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. Eddie has also completed the Inspector Training & Certification Program offered by the National Association of Sewer Service Companies. Eddie A. is also certified as a Professional Engineer (PE) by the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. Eddie has not obtained specific months and years for the additional certifications, which include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and the Situational Leadership II Train the Trainer certification from Ken Blanchard.
