Riley Doyle, EIT, is a dedicated water technology and research professional with diverse experience in environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Water Technology and Research Intern at HRSD, Riley conducts comprehensive sampling and batch mixed liquor activity tests, while also maintaining full-scale process analyzers. Proficient in R and Excel for data analysis, Riley utilizes modeling software to enhance process performance and provides mentorship to undergraduate interns. Previous roles include teaching assistant and undergraduate research assistant at Bucknell University, where contributions to projects on electromagnetic fields, agricultural plastic waste, and the impact of COVID in wastewater were notable. Riley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Bucknell University and is pursuing a Master’s at Virginia Tech, followed by a PhD in Water Engineering at Université Laval.
