Brendan Hula

Brendan Hula is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in acquisitions, asset management, and investment management across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at HAN Capital, LLC since November 2020, Brendan previously held positions including Manager of Asset Management at Ventas, Inc., where responsibilities included maximizing NOI through strategic capital use and executing high-value transactions. Brendan's earlier roles include Senior Associate in Development & Asset Management at Equity LifeStyle Properties, and various positions at Goldman Sachs, where Brendan managed due diligence, vendor relationships, and reporting initiatives. Brendan holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from The Ohio State University, specializing in Real Estate and Urban Analysis.
