Irina Pryadkina-Kamiri

Irina Pryadkina-Kamiri has over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role was as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hana Group, a global retail and food business. Prior to that, they served as the Global Human Resources Vice President at DéliFrance, an industrial food company. Irina also held various positions at L'Oréal, including Regional HRD for Eastern Europe, Africa & Middle East, International HR Director for Transformation Projects, and HR Director for L'Oréal Russia. In addition, they worked as a Freelance Interpreter/Personal Assistant and as an SI HR Project Manager at Société Générale. Irina Pryadkina-Kamiri has expertise in areas such as talent management, change management, performance management, and recruitment.

Irina Pryadkina-Kamiri holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Sciences Po, which they obtained in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Labor Law and Social Relations from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in 2003. In 2001, Irina completed a Master's degree in Comparative Law at Université Paris 8. Additionally, they obtained a coaching skills aptitude certification accredited by the ICF (International Coach Federation) from ACTIVISION COACHING INSTITUTE in France in 2010.
