Il-Kyu Kang

Il-Kyu Kang is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Hana TI since 2018, where responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting talent through various methodologies and managing the full life-cycle recruiting process across multiple business units. Prior to this role, Il-Kyu worked as a Recruitment Consultant at CareerCare, the largest executive search firm in Korea, focusing on the financial services, fintech startups, and information technology sectors. Previous experience includes a position as Business Development Manager at NEG, a copyright management company, and as an Intelligence Analyst in the US Army, where analytical skills were honed in collecting and analyzing intelligence information. Il-Kyu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Yonsei University, earned in 2007.
