Lior Prosor

Lior is a General Partner and Cofounder of Hanaco Ventures. Based in New York, Lior is primarily focused on investing in Israeli entrepreneurs based in the United States. Lior is most interested in consumer facing start ups as well as frontier technologies (AI, blockchain, drones).

Lior invested in category leading Israel founded start ups including Via Transportation, Lemonade Insurance, Talkspace, Feedvisor, Selina, Panoply, SalesPredict (acq by eBay), Honeybook, Percepto and Panorays as well as US founded companies such as Common Living, Digital Ocean, SweetGreen and byChloe’s.

Prior to cofounding Hanaco, Lior was a General Partner at Elevator Venture Capital where he led fund’s US office. Lior was previously an investor at Pitango Venture Capital.

Lior holds and LLB and LLM from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliyah, Israel and served as a Captain in the Israeli Paratroopers.

Lior, his wife and two children live in Brooklyn, NY.
