John Noonan

John Noonan is a seasoned Land Surveyor and Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the field. At Hancock Associates since June 2018, John has continued to contribute to various projects. Prior to this role, John was employed at Noonan & McDowell, Inc. from October 1986 to June 2018 as a PE-PLS. Educationally, John holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology (BCET) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where studies were completed between 1979 and 1985, and an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology (ACET) from Northern Essex Community College, completed from 1973 to 1976.
