Jeff Barrett is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering management and decision science. As the Owner of ATFW since August 2021, Jeff has driven revenue growth for an Elastic Elite Partner by enhancing productivity and engagement through performance management frameworks. As an Advisory Board Member at HAND (Human & Digital), Jeff contributes to the development of a transformative Talent ID Registry. Previously, Jeff held leadership roles at Capital One and Earnest Analytics, where Jeff focused on AI/ML innovations and team expansion, respectively. With a strong background in crisis management and engineering operations, Jeff has successfully led multiple teams across various renowned companies, including PayLock, Adkeeper, BurrellesLuce, NBC Universal, SILVERCARROT, and Schematic. Jeff's educational background includes studies in Computer Science at Rutgers University.
