Laura Praske

Laura Praske has a diverse range of work experience. Laura currently works as the Human Resources Director at Hand in Hand Christian Montessori. Prior to this role, they served as a Human Resources Assistant at the same company. In 2020, Laura worked as a Certified Life Coach at www.nextcoaching.com. Laura also has experience as a Career Coach at Randstad RiseSmart, where they provided coaching and support to clients in their job search journey. Earlier in their career, Laura held various roles at PREPARE/ENRICH, including Training and Learning Experience, Interim Product Owner, and Facilitator Network Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Tentmakers as a Training Quality Manager, Trainer, and Training Lead.

Laura Praske holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Bethel University. Laura also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Luther College. In addition to their formal education, Laura has obtained various certifications, including Managing Employee Compensation, Managing Employee Performance, Coaching Practices, Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees, and Preparing to Manage Human Resources from Coursera and the University of MN. Laura is also certified as an Elite Life Coach from The Coach Mindset and as a Scrum Product Owner Certified (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, Laura is a Prepare/Enrich Facilitator certified by PREPARE/ENRICH.
