Joshua Alves is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer relations and management. Currently serving as a Customer Relations Specialist at HandCraft Linen Services since May 2023, Joshua previously held the position of General Manager at Anson Research from May 2014 to May 2023, where responsibilities included employee development, data management, and leading owner meetings. Joshua also contributed as a Referral Coordinator, focusing on customer service and appointment scheduling. Additionally, Joshua gained administrative experience as an intern at the Law Office of James Davenport. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from East Carolina University, earned in May 2018.
