Christian Herp has over 23 years of work experience in various roles within the media and marketing industry. Christian is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer and Member of the Executive Board at Handelsblatt Media Group since June 2020. Prior to this, they worked at iq digital media marketing gmbh and iq media marketing gmbh as the Managing Director from 2008 to 2020. Christian also held the position of Head of Mass Media and Messaging Products at gate5 AG from 2002 to 2003 and was the Bereichsleiter Online at Axel Springer SE from 2001 to 2002. Christian started their career at Saarbrücker Zeitung as the Geschäftsführer Online from 1997 to 2001.
Christian Herp attended Universität des Saarlandes from 1991 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in BWL (Business Administration). Christian successfully completed their studies and obtained a Diplom degree.
