Christelle Paul

Christelle Paul, MBA, is an experienced Relationship Manager at Handshake, overseeing a portfolio of over 80 education partners, enhancing platform utilization through data analysis and change management strategies. Prior to Handshake, Christelle served as the Director of Operations and Technology at Suffolk University, where strategic expansion of the Career Center team and innovative programming were successfully executed. Previous roles include Opportunity Youth Coordinator and Post Secondary Coach at the Boston Private Industry Council, College Advisor with the College Advising Corps, and Youth Program Coordinator at Enroot, demonstrating a strong commitment to career advancement and support for young individuals.
