Stephanie Maillet

Stephanie Maillet is the current Head of People at Handsome. Stephanie was previously the Director of Talent Development at Continuum from January 2010 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for creating learning and development programs that were unique to Continuum's culture and market needs. These programs ranged from associate to executive levels and developed actionable skills in areas such as project management, talent management, presentation skills and storytelling. Stephanie also provided certified professional coaching sessions to top performers to help them thrive in transition points in their lives and careers.

In their previous role as Director, People Partner at Continuum, Stephanie was responsible for advocating for the diversity of talent across studios in Boston, Milan, Seoul and Shanghai. Stephanie worked with Continuum's sales function and practice leads to design and resource robust multidisciplinary teams that delivered optimal value to clients, developed practitioners along their career paths, and satisfied Continuum's business goals.

Stephanie has a proven track record in developing talent and creating training programs that meet the needs of a global workforce. Stephanie is passionate about helping others reach their full potential and is an excellent addition to any team.

Stephanie Maillet has a BS in Communication Studies from Emerson College. Stephanie has certification from Chopra Global in Chopra Health Instructor and Wellness Coach (in training). Stephanie also has certification from Usui Shiki Ryoho, Reiki in Reiki II and from Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in CPCC.

Stephanie Maillet reports to Jennifer Allen, COO / President. Stephanie Maillet works with Rebecca Pustizzi - Head of Delivery, Kristian Kruse - Head of Operations, and Susannah Fogarty - Head of Strategy. and Simone Metzger - Talent Acquisition Lead reports to Stephanie Maillet.
