Sandra joined Hanes Australasia in July 2005. Sandra’s remit includes driving the strategic people agenda across Hanes Australasia. These include are not limited to Culture, Leadership, Talent, Communications, Diversity and Inclusivity, People Operations. Prior to this role, Sandra has held numerous leadership roles spanning People Leadership, Talent Management, Learning and Development and Human Resources Management. Prior to joining the company, Sandra held senior HR roles both in Australia and Europe.
