Sebastian Siccita

Sebastian Siccita is an experienced logistics and operations leader with a strong background in managing complex distribution networks and brewery operations. Currently serving as Group General Manager of Logistics at Hanes Brands Australasia, responsibilities include overseeing three omnichannel distribution centers across Australia and New Zealand. Prior experience includes roles such as Site Operations Manager at Tribe Breweries, managing the commissioning and production phases of a brewery, and various leadership positions at Carlton & United Breweries, where oversight extended across multiple breweries in the Asia Pacific region. Sebastian's early career included significant roles at Cadbury Schweppes and Kraft Foods, focusing on manufacturing and quality control. A graduate of Victoria University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Technology, Sebastian is also participating in the PACE Mentoring Program through the Australian Network on Disability.
