Heather Pegram

Heather Pegram, ARM, serves as the Director of Global Insurance Risk Management at Hanesbrands Inc. since July 2020, overseeing the enterprise-wide global risk and insurance program for a prominent multinational corporation. Previously, Heather held the role of Senior Manager in the same department, leading the global operations of the property and casualty insurance team. Prior experience includes positions at McGriff Insurance Services, Novant Health as Director of Corporate Insurance Operations, S&N Communications, Inc. as Director of Risk Management, and Volvo Group as Claims and Risk Manager. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Western Carolina University.
