Kristin L. Oliver

Kristin L. Oliver has served as Chief Human Resources Officer since 2020 overseeing all human resources functions globally, including HR strategy, data systems, employee and labor relations, and employee development, training, compensation and recruiting. Prior to joining HanesBrands, Ms. Oliver served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, Walgreens, at Walgreens Boots Alliance from June 2018 to September 2020. From May 2016 to June 2018, she served in executive roles for Chico’s FAS, including executive vice president of human resources, legal and field operations. At Walmart Inc. from July 2004 to November 2015, Ms. Oliver held chief human resources officer roles domestically and internationally as well as general counsel of employment law. She earned her law degree from Harvard Law School and served as an attorney in the law firm of GableGotwals in Oklahoma. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University.
