Raul Barahona

Raul Barahona possesses extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Retro Brand & Bay Island Sportswear Inc. since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing domestic and international business operations and ensuring effective supply chain functionality. Prior to this role, Raul held various key positions at Hanesbrands Inc. from 1998 to present, including Director of Operations for the Active Wear business unit in Honduras and Knits Senior Manager, managing operations for multiple business lines and overseeing a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Additionally, Raul's experience includes serving as Plant Manager at Hanesbrands and General Manager at Universal Overall Mfg Company, along with consulting for Caderh. Raul holds an MBA from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of North Florida.
