Jim Whalley

Jim Whalley is an experienced program manager and human resources specialist with a career spanning over two decades. Since June 2009, Jim has served at Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, holding roles such as Program Manager for Workforce Resources and Development, Senior Human Resources Specialist, and Senior Training Specialist. Prior to this, from June 2009 to January 2021, Jim worked at Mission Support Alliance as a Senior Training Specialist, specializing in instructional design, evaluation, and program management for respiratory protection. Jim's career began at Walmart, where from June 1998 to March 2009, Jim held the position of Human Resources Training Development Manager, focusing on leadership development, curriculum design, and training coordination. Jim is an alumnus of Mt. Hood Community College.
