Kirtley Clem

Kirtley Clem has over 30 years of experience in the field of software development and business analytics. Their most recent role was as a Principal Analytics Developer at Hanford Mission Integration Solutions, where they served as the technical leader and lead developer of analytics using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and other tools. They also worked at AECOM as a Software Engineer IV, where they provided production support and development for nuclear plant procurement software and reports. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business System Analyst at CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company and as a Project Specialist at Washington River Protection Solutions (WRPS). They also held positions at Washington Closure Hanford, LLC, CSC, Dade Moeller & Associates, and Lockheed Martin Services / Boeing Computer Services. Throughout their career, Kirtley has demonstrated expertise in developing software applications, administering technical systems, and analyzing business needs.

Kirtley Clem has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Washington State University. Additionally, Kirtley has a degree in General Studies from Columbia Basin College. Kirtley also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2021.
