Mitchell To has a strong background in corporate and commercial banking, with experience at several major banks. Mitchell is currently a Senior Vice President at Hang Seng Bank, where they have been working since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bank of China (Hong Kong) as a Relationship Manager in Commercial Banking from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they were a Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking at ICBC (Asia) from 2016 to 2018. Mitchell started their career at OCBC Wing Hang in 2012, where they worked as a Senior Officer in Equipment Finance until 2016.
