Serhii Rutskyi

Serhii Rutskyi possesses extensive experience in engineering and technical consulting, particularly within the air separation and cryogenic sectors. Since March 2010, Serhii has served as a Technical Consultant at Hangzhou Hangyang Co., Ltd., while simultaneously managing a consultancy under the name Sergey Rutsky since September 1995. Prior to this, Serhii was the Technical Director of the Air Separation Department at Red Mountain Energy from 2004 to July 2016, focusing on the development of cryogenic technology. Earlier experience includes a role as Deputy Chief Designer at Кислородмаш from 1995 to 2004, where responsibilities involved shaping technical policies and supporting production modernization. Serhii holds a Master’s degree in Enterprise Management from Odessa National Economics University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in Cryogenic Technology from Odessa State Academy of Refrigeration.
