Julia Dudenko

Julia Dudenko serves as the Group CISO at Haniel since March 2023, responsible for the cybersecurity strategy across seven majority investments and enforcing security standards tailored to various industries. Julia is also a member of PULSE Women Economic Network and a trainer in AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation at Haufe Akademie. Previously, Julia held multiple roles at Deutsche Post und DHL, including Global Program Director, where initiatives such as the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication were led, and contributions were made to enhance information security organization-wide. Julia's extensive background in digital transformation, IT project management, and business intelligence is supported by a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft.
