Ulrike Schlag

Ulrike Schlag is a seasoned professional in operational excellence, currently serving as Senior Manager Operational Excellence at Haniel since December 2022. Previously, Ulrike held various leadership roles at RWE Renewables GmbH and E.ON Climate & Renewables GmbH, including Head of Special Projects and Director of Operational Excellence. Ulrike's extensive experience in performance management and project management spans multiple positions within the E.ON Group, starting as an International Trainee in 2006 and progressing to roles such as Business Excellence Leader and Head of Performance Management. Ulrike obtained a Diplom-Kauffrau degree in Business Administration from the University of Münster and furthered education at the University of Brisbane.
