Hieronimus Jevon Valerian

Hieronimus Jevon Valerian is currently serving as a Founder Office Intern at Atma since April 2023. Valerian is an awardee of the XL Axiata Future Leaders Batch 10, selected from a competitive pool of 41,174 applicants to receive two years of mentorship. Previous experience includes roles at Philip Morris International and Prudential Indonesia, focusing on commercial projects and product development. Valerian has also worked as a UX Researcher for a stealth startup, a Laboratory Assistant at Institut Teknologi Bandung, and a Business Development Intern at Shopee, achieving significant increases in seller management. With a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from Institut Teknologi Bandung and international exposure through a student exchange at the University of York, Valerian possesses a strong background in analytics, campaign management, and business development.
