Richard Saucier

Richard Saucier, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Hankook & Company ES America Corp. since January 2024. Previously, Richard held similar roles at Shiloh Industries and Magna International, where responsibilities included developing HR policies, managing onboarding and training, and ensuring compliance with safety directives. Richard also served as a Human Resource Coordinator at Nestlé Nutrition North America, supporting union negotiations and managing employee programs. With a distinguished career in the US Army, Richard demonstrated strong leadership in operations and human resources, overseeing compliance and budget management. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Upper Iowa University and additional certifications in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of South Florida.
