Nicholas Manus

Nicholas Manus is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, currently serving as a Commercial & Investment Real Estate Specialist at Hanna Commercial Real Estate since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas founded and operated Phillips On Wheels from November 2017 to November 2022, and also held the position of Restaurateur at Phillips Original Coney Island, a beloved establishment in the Columbus community for over a century, from May 1996 to November 2022.
