Scott Leclair

Scott LeClair has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Scott started their career at Hannaford Bros. Co. in 2006 as the Director of Strategic Sourcing. In this role, they were responsible for sourcing and procurement of supplies for the supermarket chain. Scott then moved to Delhaize America in 2009, where they held multiple HR leadership positions including Director of Learning Systems and Design, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Director of Learning and Development.
