Jenni Heurlin

Jenni Heurlin is a Managing Associate specializing in Competition & Regulatory law at Hannes Snellman since November 2017, with expertise in EU and Finnish competition law, particularly in merger control and compliance. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Associate and Corporate Counsel (Secondee) at Kesko – K-Group from August 2022 to July 2023, focusing on competition law matters, as well as an Associate at DLA Piper where involvement included merger control and various competition law assignments. Jenni holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Turku and a Master of Social Sciences (MSSc) in Economics from Åbo Akademi University, complemented by studies at The University of Sheffield.
