Sarah Kennedy-Sulahry

Sarah Kennedy-Sulahry is a Partner at Hanold Associates HR & Diversity Executive Search and Advisory, where responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and recruiting HR and Diversity leaders. Previously, Sarah served as an Associate at the same firm and as a Head Start Preschool Teacher at Earle STEM Elementary School, focusing on differentiated instruction and fostering a positive classroom culture. As a Corps Member with Teach For America, Sarah was selected from a large applicant pool to teach in under-resourced schools, undergoing intensive training to enhance educational outcomes. Additionally, Sarah was an Orientation Leader at Boston College, guiding new students through their transition to college. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education from Erikson Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Boston College, with ongoing studies at The University of Edinburgh.
