Keith started his career in 1984 by joining the U.S. Army as a Food Service Specialist. In 1992 Keith started part‐time at Trans/Air Mfg. as a bus air conditioning installer/draftsman while attending Penn State University for Mechanical Engineering Technology. In 1992 Keith started at Hanover Lantern as its first computer aided draftsman. He helped create the first P.C. network and would later transition into the I.T. Manager. Since Hanover Lantern was a smaller company, Keith had to fill other areas including Manufacturing Engineering, to improve manufacturing processes and U.L. to manage the safety of the products. In 2008, Hanover Lantern was bought by Genlyte. In 2009 when Genlyte was sold to Philips, Keith transferred roles to become Transformation Leader, applying Lean Manufacturing principles and would be the project manager for their SAP ERP system implementation.
