Mi Jian, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience. Mi started their career as a Lobby Manager Intern at the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in 2010. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Munich Business School as an Assistant to the Program Director and a Research Assistant to Asian Business Studies. Since 2019, they have been working at Hanover Research, starting as a Senior Research Associate and then progressing to roles including Content Analyst, Associate Content Director, and currently Content Director.
Mi Jian, Ph.D. completed a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in East Asian Economic Studies/China from the University of Duisburg-Essen from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Mi Jian obtained an MSc in Accounting and Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Mi Jian holds a BSc in Finance from Minzu University of China, earned from 2006 to 2010.
