Jim Flanagan

Jim Flanagan serves as the Chief Information Officer at Hanscom Federal Credit Union since September 2022, bringing extensive experience from Commonwealth Financial Network, where Jim held various roles from March 2001 to September 2022, including VP of Technology Operations and Support. At Commonwealth, Jim Flanagan led a technology team of approximately 80 members, responsible for supporting a diverse user base in a BYOD environment, managing networks for over 1,000 offices, and overseeing critical database conversion projects. Jim Flanagan holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Endicott College and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Fitchburg State University, along with a High School Diploma in Accounting from Arlington High School.
