Bart de Maayer

Bart De Maayer is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and tax advisory. Currently serving as FP&A - Corporate Finance Manager at Hansea since May 2022, Bart has previously held significant roles including Group Financial Controller at Van Laere NV and Corporate Finance Manager at WDP. Additionally, Bart has expertise in M&A tax advisory acquired during tenures at KPMG Belgium and PwC. A key contributor to the IPO of Qrf Comm. Va on Euronext Brussels while at Quares, Bart holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law (Cum Laude) from the University of Antwerp and a Master of Science in Economics (Cum Laude) from KU Leuven, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
