Pekka Alahuhta

Pekka Alahuhta is currently working as a Development Manager at Hansel Oy since October 2015. Prior to that, Pekka held positions such as Senior Consultant and Sourcing Consultant at the same company. Pekka also worked as a Researcher at Aalto University from August 2011 to September 2015. Pekka has a Ph.D. in Work Psychology, Leadership, and Organization Studies from Aalto University, along with an M.Sc. in Power systems and Knowledge & Competence Management. Pekka has a background in technology consulting and quality engineering from various companies like atBusiness Oy, Trainers' House, and Satama Interactive. Additionally, Pekka is currently pursuing further education at the University of Helsinki.
