Tom Terry

Tom Terry has held several roles in the human resources field throughout their career. Tom served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Human Resources at the same company from September 2019 to June 2023. Before joining Hansen & Adkins Auto Transport, Tom was the Director of Global HR at OSI Systems from January 2019 to August 2019. Tom also worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at OSI Systems from June 2017 to December 2018. In addition, Tom has experience as a Principal Consultant at TMT HR, LLC, providing HR consulting services to various individuals and organizations from January 2016 to March 2018. Tom served as the Interim Director of Human Resources at Exceptional Children's Foundation from October 2016 to April 2017. Prior to that, Tom held the position of Director of HR at Cintas Corporation/Zee Medical from August 2015 to December 2015. Tom also served as the Director of HR at McKesson/Zee Medical from July 1998 to July 2015, overseeing HR and training departments. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as an HR Representative at DAEWOO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION and as an HR Manager at Zephyr Tool.

Tom Terry has a strong educational background with a focus on business. Tom began their education at Ambassador University, where they earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration (ASBA) from 1986 to 1988. Tom then went on to the University of Phoenix, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from 1993 to 1995. Following their undergraduate studies, Tom pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, graduating between 1996 and 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Tom Terry has also obtained several certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Tom obtained their Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2001. Later, in December 2013, they earned the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) certification from the same institution. Furthermore, Tom became a certified First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor through the Health and Safety Institute in August 2013.
