Janine Bernard-Domico Sphr

Janine Bernard-Domico, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources management. Janine currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Hansen-Rice, Inc., where they lead a dedicated HR team and provides exceptional customer service to employees and managers. Prior to this role, Janine was the Global Director of HR at ECCO Safety Group, where they oversaw the development and implementation of HR programs on a global scale, partnering with regional leadership to support the organization's goals. Janine also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at The Idaho Foodbank, where they led a team in handling HR systems, employee relations, compliance, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, they have provided HR consulting services through Domico Consulting, offering strategic and tactical HR support to businesses. Janine has held various HR leadership positions at WinCo Foods, ECCO, MWI Veterinary Supply, Weyerhaeuser, and MCMS throughout their career, taking on responsibilities such as managing HR compliance, developing employee relations strategies, and handling recruitment and training.

Janine Bernard-Domico, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from the University of Idaho. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the certifications of SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in April 2000, and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM in April 2016.
