Mauro Lipo

Mauro Lipo is an accomplished operations and project management professional with extensive experience in the construction and precast concrete industries. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Major Infrastructure Projects and Traino Group at Hanson Australia since January 2018, Mauro oversees project management deliverables throughout all project phases and has successfully led numerous major projects, including fixed and mobile batch plants. Prior to this role, Mauro spent over a decade at Hanson Precast, managing multiple production facilities, executing operational strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. Mauro's career began at Rescrete Industries and included various roles focused on production and quality assurance management. Mauro holds associate diplomas in Project Management and Applied Building Science from TAFE NSW.
