Michael Reich has a significant amount of work experience at Hanson Faso Sales and Marketing. Michael started in 2007 as a Merchandiser and Food Service Sales Representative and eventually worked their way up to Director of Retail Services and Analytics. Michael then held the position of Senior Director of Business Development and Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Currently, they are the Executive Vice President, responsible for the management and growth of all categories within Center Store or General Merchandise. In October 2022, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer.
Michael Reich completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Tourism Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2003 to 2007. Michael then pursued a Masters of Science degree in Hospitality Management at Roosevelt University from 2009 to 2012.
In addition to their formal education, Michael also obtained several certifications. In 2021, they completed the following courses through Coursera: "Business Strategy," "Designing the Organization," "Foundations of Everyday Leadership," "Strategic Leadership and Management Capstone," "Applications of Everyday Leadership," "Corporate Strategy," and "Managing the Organization." Michael also earned a certificate in Strategic Leadership and Management Specialization from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Furthermore, Michael obtained the following certifications in 2021 and 2022: an IDDBA Leadership Certificate from the Wisconsin School of Business, a certificate in Brand Management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behaviour from the University of London, and a certificate in Account Management and Sales Force Design from West Virginia University. Michael also completed a course on "Welcome to Game Theory" offered by the University of Tokyo.
Michael has intentions to complete certifications in "Managing The Organization" and "Supply Chain Logistics," although specific dates are not provided for these.
